Nicetoness cannot be used to photograph or film pornographic, violent, or racist content, or any material that we believe is discriminatory or harassing based on race, gender, disability, or age.

STRICTLY FORBIDDEN: DIRTY SHOES INSIDE THE STUDIO.

For hygiene purposes and to maintain the cleanliness of the floors and natural carpets, please use only clean shoes or socks in the studio. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your deposit. In the event of stains, dirt, or damage, you will be charged a fee for repairs or complete replacement as determined by management.

NEVER OPEN THE WINDOWS BEHIND THE 2 MIRRORS to prevent them from being blown away and broken. However, other studio windows may be opened.

PHOTOGRAPHY ON THE STAIRS IS PROHIBITED. To avoid injury, please refrain from photographing on the stairs. Non-compliance will result in management having the right to enter the studio at any time during your reservation, and your appointment will be canceled without refund.

GLITTER IS PROHIBITED. Glitter requires extra time to clean and can damage our vintage and designer furniture. Non-compliance will result in forfeiture of your deposit. In case of damage, you will be charged for repair or complete replacement as inspected by management.

NO SMOKING. The smell of smoke can cause discoloration of walls and furniture. Non-compliance will result in forfeiture of your deposit. In case of damage, you will be charged for repair or complete replacement as inspected by management.

NO FOOD OR DRINKS are allowed in the living room or around the carpeted areas. If your photo shoot includes alcoholic beverages, only use original sealed bottles/containers. Non-compliance will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

FIRE, FLAMES, OR SMOKE BOMBS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Non-compliance will result in forfeiture of your deposit. In case of damage, you will be charged for repair or complete replacement as inspected by management.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED, unless prior approval has been granted by the management team.

NO ALCOHOL OR RECREATIONAL DRUG USE. If we suspect that a member of your party is intoxicated or under the influence of substances, we reserve the right to ask them to leave the premises.

If your shoot includes candles, please bring drip guards. Open flame candles can drip wax onto floors and other surfaces, potentially causing damage.

Our jute rugs are made from natural materials and may have protruding twigs. Please walk carefully on the mats. Nicetoness is not responsible for any injuries. In case of exceptionally loud noises, furniture movement, or suspected violations of studio rules and/or security, management reserves the right to enter the studio at any time during your reservation.

PLEASE RESPECT THE SPACE. Dispose of trash and recyclable materials after your reservation. The trash room is located in the building parking lot. Please return the furniture to its original position and wash any dishes used.

STRICTLY PROHIBITED: Photography/videography, making noise, hanging out, storing items, or posting signs in hallways, stairways, and the parking lot. The rental fees paid are solely for the exclusive use of Nicetoness.

The building is equipped with both an elevator and a freight elevator. Please transport your fixtures and equipment to the studio with extreme care to avoid damaging any property or scratching doors, stairs, or walls.

BE RESPECTFUL: Do not disturb the neighbors who live or work in the building at any time.

The studio is not soundproofed. Keep the sound level at a reasonable volume, including when using music.

If you wish to extend your reservation, please contact us at least 1 hour before your scheduled end time. If availability permits and no other bookings follow, you may extend in 60-minute increments for $100 + taxes.

If you overstay your reservation without prior notice or leave the studio after your scheduled end time, a late fee of $50 + taxes per 5 minutes will be charged to the card on file.

DO NOT DRAG FURNITURE OR LARGE DECOR.

Dragging items can cause damage to both the floor and the furniture. Always lift and move furniture with at least two people.

Before leaving, return all furniture and decor to their original positions. Failure to do so, or leaving a mess, will result in an additional cleaning and/or rearrangement fee.

If you break, stain, tear, or otherwise damage studio or building property, you will be charged for the full repair or replacement cost, plus an administrative fee, as assessed by management.

If your security deposit has already been refunded but damage or missing items are later confirmed, we reserve the right to charge the associated costs, including the admin fee, to the card on file.

Fees for broken, damaged, scratched, or stained decor range from $100 to $100,000+ (plus taxes), depending on the item and severity.

Damage to other studio or building property- including but not limited to walls, windows, lights, stairs, pillars, ceilings, and electrical equipment - will be charged based on the contractor’s invoice, plus an administrative fee.

Additionally, any lost revenue due to damage or missing items will be billed accordingly.

Our cancellation and rescheduling policies are firm and apply equally to all reservations.

• No refunds: All bookings are final. However, we offer a studio credit that can be used within 4 weeks of the originally scheduled date.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule once, with at least 7 days' notice before your reserved date. Management will coordinate a new booking with you.
• No credit for last-minute cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of the reservation date are not eligible for credit or rescheduling.

In the rare event that management must cancel or reschedule due to repairs, maintenance, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, a 100% refund will be issued.

The space accommodates a maximum of 15 participants for photoshoots/productions and up to 30 participants for intimate events.

Due to the presence of heavy sets and furniture, all participants—including children and infants—are the sole responsibility of the tenant and must be under strict supervision at all times while inside the studio.

Pets are not allowed unless prior approval has been granted by the management team.
