The space offers 13' ceilings across approximately 1,600 sq. ft., featuring expansive west- and north-facing windows that provide a stunning panoramic view of the Ahuntsic train station and flood the room with natural light. The open-concept layout embraces a minimalist gallery aesthetic, complemented by custom installations and a curated selection of designer furniture and props from brands like Monokini,Ligne Roset, Mario Bellini, Herman Miller and Artemide.  

Amenities includes an infinity wall perfect for e-commerce shoots, a small kitchenette, cctv monitored private suite with a private bathroom. Optional add-ons, such as additional furniture from our sister brand Nicefurnituress, as well as projectors, lighting, and backdrops, are available upon request (fees may apply).  

Usable space includes approximately 1,300 sq. ft. of flexible open studio space, with an additional 300 sq. ft. dedicated to the private bathroom, changing area, and kitchenette. The studio comfortably accommodates up to 40 people for select uses.
