Shipping policy

SHIPPING
Online orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please note, fulfillment times may be slightly longer during sale and holiday periods.

For large items, please email info@nicetoness.com for a shipping quote. Shipping large items can take 2-4 weeks to ship within North America. For international shipping, expect delivery times between 4-8 weeks.

IN-STORE PICKUP
You will receive an email to be notified your item is available for pickup. Please email us at info@nicetoness.com to schedule a time and day to pick up as we are not always at the studio.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED ITEMS
NICE TONESS is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen shipments. Missing packages will be pursued via the carrier's investigation process. We highly recommend using a delivery address that is secure.

ROUTE - PROTECTION & TRACKING

As an option at checkout, we offer a shipping guarantee through Route that ensures your package will be either refunded or reshipped should anything unforeseen occur, causing a loss or damage. The cost for this optional guarantee is based on the total value of your purchase and the destination. 

We highly recommend using a secure delivery address and a shipping method that ensures the items purchased. Additional insurance can be purchased with Route at checkout.
