Each piece is sold as-is, and its condition may vary.

New Houseware Items:

For newly purchased houseware items, we offer a return policy within 14 days of purchase. Please note the following conditions for returns:

• Condition of Item: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the condition it was received. Items that show signs of use or damage will not be accepted for return.
• Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
• Pre-Ordered Items: Items that were pre-ordered and returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the cost of securing the item, including any potential storage fees, and is non-refundable.

Price Adjustments:
